2011 ICOI Conference Purpose
It is the goal of IAOI to have the ICOI become a world-class conference. The ICOI conference has entered its fifth year. The IAOI would like to thank the many experts and scholars participated in the Conference over the past four years. IAOI also offers thanks for the assistance of the Sponsoring Universities. IAOI continues it's efforts in seeking the best universities to work cooperatively on future conferences.
It is expected that the Conference will serve as a primary channel of knowledge sharing and the promotion of international innovation. The Conference encourages experts and scholars all over the world to share their research and best practice outcomes through presentations and the IAOI publications, and to learn from each other by exchanging ideas and views.
The Conference encourages submissions for paper presentations from all interested professionals. In order to reach the goals of the sharing and exchange of experiences of both theoretical developments and applications, these presentations may have a focus on either research studies or case studies of best practices on a wide variety of topics.
Paper submission and review for the conference
  Please make submission by email papers of full text to the following email addresses:

1. The host will carry out paper review and proclaim review results on the website of the conference of July 10, 2011.
   
2. Paper of full text is required to write in English by WORD processing from the left to the right of A4 paper, and the paper length is limited to be less than 15 pages. Also, attached with detailed contact information, included (name, title, affiliation, mail and email address, phone or cell, and fax).
   
3. Papers will be sent to two referees for blind review for acceptance or Reject.
   
4. The proceeding with an ISBN number will be made.

The Paper Submission and Review Process for the Conference:

Please make all submissions by email
Submissions will consist of papers (full text required) to the following email addresses:

1. The Conference Coordinator will conduct the Paper Review and announce the review results on the conference website on May 16, 2010.
Authors of accepted papers will be notified by email.

2. Paper Submissions must contain the full text and be written in English by MSWORD from the left to the right using A4 paper. Paper length is limited to 15 pages. Attach a cover page with detailed contact information including name, title, affiliation, mail and email address, phone or cell, and fax numbers.
Note: Proposals for panel discussions and symposium of specific topics will also be considered.

3. Paper Proposals will be sent to two referees for blind review for Acceptance or Rejection.

4. All accepted papers will be published in The Conference Proceeding, with an ISBN number, and will be distributed at the conference. Authors will also be encouraged to publish their papers in The International Journal of Organizational Innovation. Awards for "Outstanding Papers" will be made.

5. Only persons with paid conference registration will be allowed to enter the conference sessions and will receive the Conference Proceedings and other materials.
