Short Bio – Dr. Brian C. Gozun

Dr. Brian C. Gozun is Dean of the Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business at De La Salle University (DLSU) Manila. Prior to working at DLSU, he held academic and administrative positions at the College of Business Administration, University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman, UP Diliman Extension Program in Clark, Pampanga and the College of Business and Accountancy, Holy Angel University, Angeles City, Philippines. He was also engage in doing research and consultancy work for

the Asian Development Bank Institute in Tokyo and the World Bank Office in Manila on the field of immigration, regional development, health and education. He finished his Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from UP and then pursued a Master's in Policy Analysis at the Graduate School of Policy Science, Saitama University in Japan. He then completed his Ph.D. in Social Systems Analysis at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the Decision Sciences and Innovation Department of DLSU
and is currently doing research on innovations in education and health in the Philippine public sector.
