2013- ICOI REGISTRATION GUIDELINE

The registration fee of the 2013-ICOI conference is US$320 for each paper registered before May 14, 2012 or USD350 after May 14, 2013. Notably, the student registration fee is USD: 300 Before May14 and USD: 330 After May14. Each paper should be registered at least by one author; otherwise it will be regarded as withdrawn automatically.

In case that the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each author needs to make registration and pay the registration fee separately; US$320 for each author before May 14, 2013 or US$350 after May 14 2013. The registration fee covers all conference sessions, luncheon and the dinner party of July, 10 2013, four coffee breaks, and one copy of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Notably, the registration fee must be received before June, 4 2013 to assure conference participation. 50% of the registration fee can be refunded for withdrawal before June, 4 2013. However, there will be no refund after that date.
