2014- ICOI REGISTRATION GUIDELINE

The registration fee of the 2014-ICOI conference is US$320 for each paper registered before June 20, 2014 or USD350 after June 20, 2014. Notably, the student registration fee is USD: 300 Before June 20 and USD: 330 After June 20. Each paper should be registered at least by one author; otherwise it will be regarded as withdrawn automatically.

In case that the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each author needs to make registration and pay the registration fee separately; US$320 for each author before June 20, 2014 or US$350 after June 20 2014. You will find the following two methods are provided for your convenience to pay your registration fee. Thank you very much.

The registration fee covers all conference sessions, luncheon and the dinner gala of Aug, 12 2014, four coffee breaks, and one copy of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Notably, the registration fee must be received before June, 16 2014 to assure conference participation. 50% of the registration fee can be refunded for withdrawal before June, 16 2014. However, there will be no refund after that date.
