2017- ICOI REGISTRATION GUIDELINE

The registration fee of the 2017-ICOI conference is US$ 400 for each paper registered before May 23, 2017 or USD350 after May 23, 2017. Notably, the student registration fee is USD: 375. Each paper should be registered at least by one author; otherwise it will be regarded as withdrawn automatically.

In case that the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each author needs to make registration and pay the registration fee separately; US$ 400 for each author before May 23, 2017 or US$450 after May 23 2017. You will find the following two methods are provided for your convenience to pay your registration fee. Thank you very much.

The registration fee covers all conference sessions, luncheon and the dinner gala of July, 18 2017, two coffee breaks, and one copy of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Notably, the registration fee must be received before May, 16 2017 to assure conference participation. 50% of the registration fee can be refunded for withdrawal before May, 16 2017. However, there will be no refund after that date.
